A CLINICAL CASE REPORT: CHRONIC MYELOID LEUKEMIA PRESENTING WITH ISOLATED THROMBOCYTOSIS
Bệnh bạch cầu mạn dòng tủy (BBCMT) là bệnh lý thuộc nhóm bệnh tăng sinh tủy, với biểu hiện chủ yếu là tăng sinh dòng bạch cầu hạt, có biệt hóa trưởng thành, có thể kèm tăng số lượng tiểu cầu. Tăng tiểu cầu đơn độc với số lượng bạch cầu bình thường là một biểu hiện không điển hình, rất hiếm gặp trong bệnh lý BBCMT, các trường hợp này thường không có biểu hiện lâm sàng, tăng số lượng tiểu cầu thường được phát hiện một cách tình cờ.
Chúng tôi báo cáo chi tiết một trường hợp BBCMT có biểu hiện tăng tiểu cầu đơn độc
Abstract
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative neoplasm primarily characterized by the proliferation of mature granulocytic cells, which may be accompanied with thrombocytosis. Isolated thrombocytosis with a normal white blood cell count is an atypical and very rare presentation of CML. These cases are often asymptomatic and thrombocytosis is usually discovered incidentally.
We present a detailed report of a CML case with isolated thrombocytosis as the primary manifestation.
